Monthly hours

Your business has your name on it. You needn't do every job.

Monthly hours of admin help: 5, 10 or 20 hours a month.

Essential: 5 of the card's 20 hours punched, every month.

“Basic administration help or require intermittent VA support.”

Laura's own description

Each plan is a monthly plan. Unused hours, notice and how to stop are set out in the written plan, before you agree.

More than 20 hours, or a one-off project: a written quote, worked out at £30 an hour.

Where the hours go

The work the hours are spent on, as Laura describes it.

  • “I specialise in high-quality, essential tasks like inbox & diary management, file organisation, systems setup, and more”

  • “Organising your appointments & managing your calendar”

  • “Handling client inquiries promptly and professionally”

  • “Setting up & maintaining your client database, following up on leads, & ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction”

  • “Enhancing your online visibility through regular updates & engagement on social media platforms”

Questions about the hours

Which plan is mine?

It depends on how much you want to hand over. Each plan above carries Laura's own description of who it is for. If you are not sure, the free discovery call is the place to ask.

What happens to hours I don't use?

Unused hours, notice and how to stop are set out in the written plan, before you agree.

The Power Hour and Essential cost the same. What is the difference?

Power Hour 1 hour £150 is one live, prepared hour with a written plan. Essential 5 hours £150/month is five hours of admin done for you, every month.

The Power Hour, step by step

Does Laura do social media inside the hours?

Yes, as she offers it now: “Enhancing your online visibility through regular updates & engagement on social media platforms”. A full month of posts and newsletters is Share.

What does Laura not do?
  • No bookkeeping, invoicing or payroll for clients.
  • No mail handling or business address service.
